As a 100% volunteer organization we appreciate your donations.  We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and will provide you with a receipt for your donation or donation value if it is other than a cash donation.  Our goal is to be prepared and ready for calls to respond at a moments notice for any of the various roles or geographies where we may be needed. This requires a wide variety of resources.  Members provide all of their own equipment for searches, training and other tasks.
Types of donations particularly appreciated are:

  • Vehicle donations, whether all terrain vehicles or others that could be sold in order to fund other equipment.
  • Search and Rescue equipment, such as radios, GPS devices, supplies for overnight missions, repeaters, generators, etc.
  • Cash – allows us to purchase needed equipment and supplies for training and missions.
  • Other goods or equipment that we can use for fund-raisers (like raffles) or sell outright to raise funds.

The Southern Yavapai County Search and Rescue Team (SYCSRT) now has tables and chairs available for your next big event.

We recently received 20 wood folding tables and 100 dining chairs in a generous donation, and they come in their own road legal trailer. Tablecloths, not included, are recommended.

Free to all non-profit uses, though a donation to SYCSRT is always appreciated.

To schedule your use, or for more info, contact Patrick Brown at (928)231-1034 or

Donated Lights for Search Vehicles from KC HiLites

KC HiLites, a pioneer in off-road vehicle lighting for 40 years made a terrific donation of lights for the SYCSRT team!  We received both ATV and truck lights to assist us in our search missions.   Hats off to KC and Jim Connor Racing for their generous help in these tough economic times!  The photo below only shows part of what was donated. We will have enough lights to equip several vehicles.
